STEP 1: 5 Days of Tracking
- This is the single most important first step from this page, so be sure to watch this video! :)
- If you want to use My Fitness Pal (any macro tracking app will do), you can download it for iPhone or Android. No matter what app you use, free version is totally fine
- DO NOT USE THEIR GOAL NUMBERS! We're only using it to track (see video)
- Here are written instructions if you need help tracking, as well as a video walkthrough
- Remember that carbs should be set to all carbs, not net carbs (ask coach if need help with this setting)
- Remember to disconnect exercise app such as FitBit or Apple Watch from your food tracking app (ask coach if need help)
1-1 Zooms with Your Coach
- Your 1-1 Zooms with your coach are bi-weekly
- They will help you set these up around your schedule :)
Voxer
- You can text or voice memo your coach as needed by downloading the (free version of) Voxer for iPhone or Android
- Your coach will let you know their username so you can connect
- You have the option to only have a 1-1 chat with your coach in Voxer or to also join their small group as well as your 1-1 chat
- Use Voxer anytime. Your coach will always respond within 24 business hours.
Weekly Emails
- Start of week: Coaching Video
- End of week: Check Ins
- Check ins are due by 9am EST Monday morning
- Your coach will always get back to you in 24-48 business hours
- If you don't see your start of week email or check in email please check spam and junk and be sure to mark as "safe" to avoid the issue going forward.

Group Calls on Zoom
- Office Hours: The first Wednesday of each month @ 7pm EST
- Lunch & Learns: The remainder of the Wednesdays in the month @ 1pm EST
- Reminders are always sent morning of w/ Zoom links
- Replays are always sent out the next day
Private FB Group (optional)
- If you're a Facebook person, you can request access to the Ignite Member Only FB Group here (not required)
Workouts (optional)
- Workouts are found inside Kajabi, our hosting platform. You can access them on your laptop or by downloading the Kajabi app for iPhone or Android
- You can log into Kajabi using this link. If you need to reset your password (or get it for the first time), you can use this link to do so
