Through nutrition, workouts, and mindset training, we teach women to take complete control of their health, once and for all, and never diet again.
Role Description
MindStrong Fitness is looking for a dedicated, action-taking, detail-oriented, tech-savvy administrator to join the team. This is a part time position with tremendous room for growth.
Responsibilities
Administrative & Client Concierge
- Customer Service (failed payments, inquiries, questions, access to programs, etc.)
- Manage failed payments
- Organize client information
- Client onboarding/offboarding
Social Media
- Facebook Group Management (adding new members, welcoming members, scheduling posts, etc.)
- Upload call replays
Email Marketing Support
- Draft, schedule, and send emails
Tech Support
- Daily email correspondence with clients
- First contact for inquiries
Tech Stack
- Kajabi
- Stripe
- Zoom
- Gmail/Gcal
- Google Suite
- Google Drive
Requirements
- The role is a part-time position. 15-20 hours per week to start.
- Must be a US Citizen to accompany working hours
- Must be available to work between the hours of 9am - 5pm EST Monday - Friday
- Weekend and evening availability might be required for special events and launches
- Be familiar with the entirety of the tech stack, especially Kajabi and Facebook
